Job Description

As a Workday Functional and Technical Analyst II with OMES you will enjoy:

Job Details

  • Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
  • Supports the Human Capital Management team
  • Salary will be based on education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day support for end users by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems
  • Collaborates and partners with functional teams, agencies, and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability
  • Assists with the configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, updates, and new modules
  • Streamlines HR processes through automation, self-service tools, and workflow improvements to improve the overall agency and employee experience
  • Maintains and increases awareness and knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new features within the Workday ecosystem
  • Recommend opportunities for system optimization and process improvements
  • Maintains and configures HRIS software at the highest level, ensuring data integrity and system functionality
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous quality management, and customer service
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Sitting in front of a computer for a majority of the day in a comfortable office space.

Minimum Qualifications

  • An associate degree in human resources, information technology, business, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in Workday or similar software.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess

  • One or more Workday Pro certifications.
