As the Finance Manager for Bosch Software Flow, you will be a key leader responsible for driving commercial aspects: 

• Strategic Leadership: You are part of the BSF leadership team and are a key driver that the technological innovation results in a commercially successful business. You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, lead the strategy process and play an active role in its implementation. You secure that the “Where to play” and “How to win” choices translate into business results or strategy adjustment. “Facing reality” and leading performance indicators are your key tools in that respect.  

• Finance & Controlling: Your business plan guides the way to commercial success. Value based pricing for SaaS models and competitive analysis help to bring the strategy to life. Your forecasts are fully transparent and aware of risks and opportunities. The interlinked Revenue and Cost planning enables you to take effective measures to reach the committed goals. You work effectively with the CTG function of the grow platform. 

• Innovative Thinking: Through your creative and innovative solutions, you replace the word “impossible” with “here is what it takes”. Your pragmatic, hands-on approach facilitates rapid business value creation in our dynamic start-up environment.  

• Team Support: You ensure an effective support environment for the team, collaborating with grow platform and corporate functions (e.g. accounting, tax, legal). You coordinate commercial and legal topics. You are the custodian of compliance within BSF.  

• Stakeholder Management: You collaborate with the BSF leadership team to achieve results with internal and external stakeholders (grow management, central departments, investors, partners).  

Qualifications

• Qualification: MBA/Master degree in business administration, business informatics or similar 

• Experience and Know-how: You have several years of professional in-depth experience in the field of finance/controlling as well as experience in strategy and organizational development. Several years of leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams, especially in the software industry.  

• Attitude: You have a pioneering spirit and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom. 

• Personality: You are a strong communicator and approach others openly. Due to your determination, your assertiveness, and your strong team orientation, you are a valuable support for the team. 

• Approach: You have an analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on, results-oriented approach and a high level of implementation skills.  

• Language skills: Your German and English skills are at an advanced level.  

Additional Information

The contractual place of work is Ludwigsburg. However, we are also happy to support remote working within Germany, as long as regular exchange on site with the team can be made possible.
