Kobre & Kim is seeking a Coordinator, Quality Assessment and Improvement
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Coordinator of Quality Assessment & Improvement (QAI). In this key role, you will ensure QAI deliverables meet the highest standards of quality while driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practices.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and an effective communicator, with a proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. You will work closely with the Manager of QAI to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and improvement initiatives across firm-wide processes, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous growth. New York Office (Three days a week on site)
Primary Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities should be carried out in accordance with firm protocols, policies and procedures and best practices. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to independently collect and analyze data for performance improvement initiatives across the firm.
Examine performance data to identify improvement opportunities, generate actionable insights, and work with team leaders to develop and implement targeted action plans.
Create, prepare, and maintain detailed records, reports, scorecards, and trend analyses to support departmental and firm-wide performance evaluations and decision-making.
Monitor, document, and report on high-value processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and update QAI procedures to promote continuous improvement and align with industry best practices.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing performance across the organization.
Maintain and organize firm documents and data using records and tracking systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and shared accountability for continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant industry experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining quality and excellence in all work.
Proven experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive work ethic and self-motivation, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in interactions with all levels of the organization.
Six Sigma Certification preferred but not required.
At the time of posting, the salary range for this role is $ 67,000 (minimum) – $100,000 (maximum). This range is based on a full-time work schedule. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus. The successful candidate’s actual salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, training, skills, and market data.
