The Role: . We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at VergeSense and the ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ of experience in B2B Product Marketing. You will become a customer expert, responsible for shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for VergeSense's Occupancy Intelligence Platform. This includes positioning & messaging, launches, GTM strategy & integrated playbooks (marketing, sales, CS), market & competitive intelligence, and supporting a multi-persona enterprise sales cycle end-to-end with your sales enablement partner. You will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, and market awareness, and ensuring the success of our GTM strategy. This is a 20-hour-per-week position temporary consultancy role for a 6-month duration to fill in for a VergeSense team member on leave.
North American Field Marketing Program Execution•Through partnership with the Senior Field Marketing Manager, execute on North American field strategy for AMER regional including attending industry events, planning and executing webinars, roadshows & virtual events, in-person dinners, and more. •Serve as a partner to the North American Maintain relationships with North American BDRs, account executives, and GAMss and BDR team to drive event and webinar attendance from top accounts, along with driving strong follow-up post-event. through of event and webinar programs •Manage the event budget for regional programs•Partner with RevOps to report on program results and demand-driven through events, webinars, and other regional programs•Execute event follow-up sales playbooks based on the strategic objective per program•Align on a constant knowledge share on what’s happening on the ground in each respective regionBe an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities and vice versa.
What You'll Need:•5 years of experience in field and event marketing•Hands-on experience in supporting sales organizations within a field marketing function •Organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan•Team player who can work both collaboratively and autonomously•Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills•Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits
