Reporting directly to the President of Tiger Family of Local Brands, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, customer satisfaction, and developing strong, empowered teams. What You’ll Do as Director of Operations

• Report directly to the President and serve on Tiger's Senior Leadership Team
• Lead daily operations and overall performance of all 12 TigerWashes
• Directly supervise and support 5 team members 
• Indirectly support 30 team members 
• Deliver on the “Tiger Way” service model to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Supervise those who conduct and lead preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Supervise those who ensure site cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance at all times
• Supervise those who maintain accurate inventory of chemicals and supplies 
• Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and coach for existing and new sites 
• Lead and inspire your team to maintain a high-energy, respectful, and fun environment
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Analyze site performance and execute strategies to increase revenue and efficiency
• Handle customer concerns directly and thoughtfully, modeling top-tier service
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices 

What We’re Looking For

• A hands-on leader with a passion for service, team-building, and operations
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Experience in retail, service, or operations management
• Strong communication, delegation, and coaching skills
• A track record of accountability, integrity, and results-driven leadership
• Experience opening new locations is a plus! 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and stay active on your feet
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
