As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

  • Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.

  • Develops and implements strategic goals that will deliver the full life cycle of recruiting candidates using abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. 

  • Develops reporting records that allow the talent acquisition team to be proactive in acquiring candidates for the talent pipeline.

  • Provides training for talent acquisition staff that will result in a positive candidate experience from the initial application to the final on-boarding process.

  • Maintains awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards.

  • Consults with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates.

  • Identifies key performance factors, develops sourcing pools, and establishes interviewing criteria and tests if necessary.

  • Assists hiring managers with hard to fill positions.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or 8 years’ experience in Human Resources

  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role (manager/supervisor) or 13+ years’ experience without a bachelor’s degree

  • HRMS system application experience in Workday is preferred

  • Prior Home Health or hospice experience is preferred

  • PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

  • Ability and willingness to travel 10%

You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
