Within Global Operations, Integrity Support Operations aims to create a safe, inclusive environment for the people building community on our platforms by understanding the impacts of global and local trends and addressing and preventing negative experiences.
We are seeking an experienced professional with an interest in mitigating real world harm, protecting our community and advocating for our users. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a time-sensitive and analytical environment on the Integrity Operations team.Project Manager, Problem Integrity Operations Responsibilities
$34.62/hour to $109,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

- Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a changing and deadline-driven environment
- Develop in depth understanding of content integrity issues and how they affect our community
- Work with cross-functional partners to assess support requirements for new product launches
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest recommendations to improve operations
- Manage global and cross-functional projects to improve user experience while partnering with teams such as: Policy, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Operations and External Vendors
- Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
- Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
- Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially problematic content and enforcements
- Bachelors or Advanced degree
- 2+ years of experience in an operational/strategic role within a technology, policy, analytical or operations field or equivalent consulting experience
- Experience resolving, communicating, and presenting issues & insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Problem-solver with proven execution and experience to influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Proven analytical experience with understanding nuances and patterns within large data sets
- 1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (for example Tableau) tools
- Experience working with global teams
- Knowledge of programming languages, for example Python, R
- An avid user of our Meta products
