Job Description

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is looking for a candidate to join our financial analysis & reporting team. As a member of our shared financial service team, this candidate will:

• Collaborate closely with our sales organization, business units, general accounting, and accounts receivable.
• Be responsible for creating and maintaining monthly and ad hoc reports for Sales, Rebates, Commissions and Marketing Spend.
• Be trained as a backup in our reporting systems, essbase, HFM and business warehouse.
• Assist with reporting and perform monthly variance analyses of budget/forecast against actual financial performance, surfacing the “why” behind variances versus plan/forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with other MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Power BI
• SAP Experience
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with Business Partners
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce and coordinate time sensitive deliverables
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and be willing to utilize and learn new technology to solve problems
• Attention to detail and keen sense for accuracy are extremely critical
• Exceptional data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Accounting and analytical/analysis skills
