To plan, coordinate and assist with laboratory testing, procedures and analysis in the infertility medical laboratory. Work with physicians to assist patients with reproductive health issues.Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Reproductive Science or related field and two (2) years of related experience, or Master's degree in Reproductive Science.

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal communications and leadership skills. Ability to work with physicians in a team environment. Must have thorough understanding of assisted reproductive technology.
Responsibilities
- Work with embryos and other human tissue, fertilization processes, cultures and micro-manipulating specimens including preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD).
- Performs or assists in performing andrology-related testing including semen processing, sperm freezing and processing/freezing testicular tissue.
- Works with male and female oncology patients who desire to freeze sperm or bank eggs prior to starting treatment for cancer which may include chemotherapy, radiation therapy or other therapies.
- Assists in IVF retrievals/transfers, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), testicular sperm aspiration processing (TESE), frozen egg transfers (FET), assisted embryo hatching, oocyte vitrification/thawing.
- Assess the patient's medical and reproductive history to determine or recommend which procedure will most likely provide the optimal results.
- Work in a team environment to ensure the procedures are handled correctly and being conducted in a timely manner.
- Works with patients who want to bank eggs for future use.
- Participates in proficiency survey testing from American Association of Bio-Analyst.
