Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><b>Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM)</b><span> is a Roche cross-functional and cross-divisional network of master data specialists and subject-matter experts developing governance frameworks and maintenance processes to ensure high-quality and trusted master data as the backbone for seamless business operations, data analytics and digitalization.</span></p><p></p><p>Please note that the opportunity is open on a fixed-term basis until the 31st of December, 2027.</p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity</b><br/><span> </span></p><p><span>In the</span> Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst<span> role, you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement. In this role, you will ensure that technological architecture meets user requirements, and will support the whole data maintenance related queries - including data quality, lifecycle management and monitoring. Execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. Follow the instructions of the Cluster Lead - Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Partner domain regarding the daily work coordination, and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain organizations. </span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Handle</b><span> incoming incidents and support Roche Affiliates and multiple regional/global IT departments, providing 2nd level evaluation of user requests based on ITIL methodology.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Collaborate</b><span> with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and perform analysis, redesign, and implementation of business and system processes following appropriate standards.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Manage</b><span> continuous data cleansing and data lifecycle management while analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Develop</b><span> business cases and proposals for process improvements and system upgrades; maintain SOPs, Knowledge Base, and User Guidance, and manage audit controls (ICFR).</span></p></li><li><p><b>Prepare</b><span><b> and deliver</b> training materials, including delta training, using "Train the Trainer" and end user concepts.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and participate</b><span> in RSS projects and global projects to ensure effective project management.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Ensure</b><span> the maintenance and improvement of business and IT procedures, facilitating change management and ongoing support for users.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you are</b></p><p></p><p><span>We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization.
