(Senior) Affiliate Specialist (all genders)

Job Description

Affiliate specialists work with affiliate partners to drive traffic to zooplus and boost conversions through zooplus owned affiliate programs.

Your tasks:

• Manage account portfolio and be responsible for the achievement of defined performance targets
• Recruit affiliate partners tailored to regional requirements and demands
• Manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive traffic and increase sales, measuring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of campaigns in a structured manner as well as action plans based on the findings
• Actively detect and act on fraudulent activities
• Coach junior colleagues to develop their expertise
• Initiate and lead department-wide test & learn projects
• Support in organizing team workshops as well as cross-department initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing
• Experience in e-commerce
• Proven 3-5 years working experience in Affiliate marketing
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence in data management
• Profound knowledge of deal evaluation, negotiation and test execution
• Good command of English, German language a plus
