By bridging the gap between workforce data systems and financial strategy, the work you do here will directly optimize our corporate planning ecosystem and lay the groundwork for a highly impactful career.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong> We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented data enthusiast to support our data integration and forecasting pipelines. Reporting to the FP&A / Workforce Planning Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring data integrity, tracking resource allocations, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the company.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce planning activities</strong>, including budgeting and forecasting of payroll and employee-related expenses, in order to deliver highly accurate operational spending baselines for corporate leadership.</li> <li><strong>Maintain the employee roster and position planning data models</strong> used for financial forecasting in order to provide corporate stakeholders with a dependable and structured headcount baseline.</li> <li><strong>Assist in analyzing budget-to-actual variances</strong> related to salaries, bonuses, benefits, equity compensation, and other workforce expenses in order to protect fiscal health and identify systemic spending trends.</li> <li><strong>Monitor, maintain, and validate data integrations between Workday and Adaptive Planning</strong> in order to safeguard data quality, resolve system exceptions, and ensure forecasting precision across internal systems.</li> <li><strong>Perform data quality audits and structural reconciliations</strong> of employee, organizational, and compensation records in order to eliminate reporting discrepancies and guarantee platform integrity.</li> <li><strong>Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data m
