Professional Services Project Manager, Associate

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the implementation of Epicor reporting projects from contract signing to delivery. You will act as the internal liaison between cross-departmental Epicor teams and the customer during the early stages of their implementation, ensuring exceptional communication, setting expectations and constant communication.
What You Will Be Doing:
Intake and review new Epicor reporting projects for customers.
Input and maintain project data into a tracking tool.
Ensure project plans are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements and that sufficient resources and funding are available for executing all project activities.
Coordinate with customers to determine project scheduling.
Work with project teams to facilitate assignments and project timelines.
Ensure that the project team and customers adhere to the project schedule.
Confirm that project setup is correct to the project scope in our project tracking tool.
Keep the leadership team informed on project status such as: identifying risks, costs, issues and performance to established targets on a regular basis.
Monitor business and technical issues to establish current state and identify potential improvements.
Manage project closure reporting to ensure projects are closed in a timely manner.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to travel up to 10%.
No restrictions on ability to obtain visas for travel outside of country of residence.
What Could Set You Apart:
High school diploma
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
0-3 years of relevant experience
Understanding of reporting tools (e.g. Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting, etc.)
Extras:
Experience with business intelligence tools a plus (e.g. Grow, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with financial reporting tools a plus
Experience with Salesforce and/or Financial Force a plus
PMP Certification
