MAIN PURPOSE:

 

Reporting directly to Assistant Manager of Direct-to-Client Marketing, the Coordinator of Direct-to-Client Marketing will assist, support, and coordinate all email and direct mail activations, campaign management and post campaign analysis. In addition, this person must have proven team player with initiative, extremely strong attention to detail, time management and problem- solving skills needed. They must have ability to multi-task, adapt to a quickly changing environment and operate with tight timelines. Experienced in email coding (HTML, SQL) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Key Responsibility 1: Email Marketing

 

  • Day-to-day lead for all Email marketing, from creative briefing through execution. Accountable for maintaining the Email process – developing any creative briefs, leading the briefing and communication with the CRM agency, assist in HTML coding, quality assurance testing and deployment scheduling for all Email activations.
  • Manage day to day relationship with Agency, ensuring seamless communication and attention to detail is the number one priority.
  • Code and construct all email and media audiences via the Salesforce Customer Data

  •  Create email support packages for Specialist Retail partners

 

Key Responsibility 2: Direct Mail

Key Responsibility 3: Analysis & Reporting

 

  • Create and analyze all email and direct mail campaign performance.
  • Responsible for creating reports that summarize performance and overall learnings, then turning insights into actionable next steps
  • Always-On Marketing Analytics – responsible for all Always-On campaign and channel reporting including monthly, campaign wrap reports, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as any ad-hoc analyses and maintaining other reporting documents (i.e. benchmarking files)
  • Partner with Manager and HQ teams to further develop reporting dashboards for all major activations, Client Lifecycle moments, and standard KPIs in Looker
  • Confirm data accuracy by cross-checking activation data in SFMC and Looker to ensure consistency

Key Responsibility 4: Cross-Collaboration

 

  • Act as day-to-day lead for Agency relations for both Email and Direct Mail support, guaranteeing all activations are error-free and deploy in a timely manner
  •  Be responsible for the organizing, scheduling, and recapping of all meetings with external and internal partners
  • Partner with Cartier HQ on centrally-run projects, relying on HQ as a resource to constantly upskill oneself on areas for improvement or growth
  • Foster the relationships between Direct-to-Consumer and other internal teams (Brand Management, Client Engagement, Events, Ecommerce, Retail Experience, etc.) for all activations, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing and branded touchpoints.
