About the Role
As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents achieve greater independence and quality of life through skilled evaluation, treatment, and care planning. You’ll work in a supportive SNF environment where clinical excellence and compassion go hand in hand.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like
• Complete skilled evaluations using appropriate tests and measures
• Develop timely plans of care in compliance with federal, state, and departmental standards
• Provide effective, goal-driven treatments aligned with each patient’s plan of care
• Ensure accurate documentation and charging of services per facility guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to manage patient care
• Supervise and delegate care to assistants, techs, and support staff in accordance with regulations
What You’ll Need
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Nebraska OT license
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
