Your role in our team

• You will enter data of contact information into database
• You will enter Accounts Payable invoices & documentation of payment
• You will enter and follow through with reimbursement of employee expense reports
• You will reconcile company credit card statement & bank statements
• You will organize Accounts Payable/Job Reports/Employee Files
• You will research and correct problem invoices with purchasing department and vendors
• You will reconcile vendor’s accounts with their statement

 

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year Accounting program
• You have knowledge of business office procedures and office equipment operation
• You display strong data entry/keyboarding skills
• You have effective verbal and written communication skills
• You exhibit the ability to follow instructions accurately
• You display attention to detail and organizational skills
• You demonstrate computer literacy with common computer programs such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-Outlook
