About the role
Overview
The Test & Rollouts Sr. Specialist, Operations will support Project Leads in the planning and execution of test and/or rollout projects, including Restaurant equipment, programs, and initiatives across CFA’s ecosystem of Restaurants, through the creation, management, and enhancement of processes, systems, tools and standards.

Responsibilities
Job responsibilities may include:
- Partner with Sr. Project Leads to identify gaps or opportunities within current operational processes, providing potential solutions to create efficiencies and increase overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for streamlining workflows, working towards a level of consistency within Restaurant Development.
- Partner with Principal Program Lead to support technology development initiatives, assisting with user acceptance testing, coordination and management of external vendors, and internal change management initiatives.
- Support Test & Rollout budget management efforts, including report creation, analysis, and identification of trends, providing a comprehensive report-out to stakeholders.
- Support the cross-functional RD Project Alignment effort, including meeting facilitation, roadmap management, coordination of teams, and overall project communication.
- Coordinate and monitor project budgets and resource allocations for Operations specific work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Support Project Lead(s) with large, complex Restaurant facilities & equipment tests and rollouts with a specific focus on providing communication strategy support, including developing communication plans, resources, and deliverables
- Facilitate project meetings as needed, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of work related experience
- Project management knowledge and skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and support multiple projects at once
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years or experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively across internal and external partners
- Self-motivated for continuous improvement of personal skills and business systems
