Shift: 2nd shift (Monday - Friday; 3pm - 11pm)

A day in the Life:
Operating cartridge equipment to pleat, trim, cut seal membrane media, sub assemble, cap, final assembly, testing, drying and packaging of cartridges.
Performing various production operations including the operating of multiple machines, where it can be done safely, and filling in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required.
Observing all company and OSHA safety rules and practices. Keeping the work area clean and orderly.
Assisting in change over and setup on production line and equipment.
Assisting other department members as needed to ensure safety and maximize output. Assisting in the training of other employees as necessary.
Completing quality checks and, if a discrepancy is found, working with appropriate team members to solve the problem.
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
Keys to Success:
Education
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
Experience
One (1) year or more of plant, manufacturing, and/or warehouse experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday; 3pm - 11pm)
Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed.
