As a Lead Directory Services Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. As a part of the Directory and Collaboration Services team, reporting to the Sr Manager of Directory Services, you will support normal operations and major projects critical to providing Identity and Access management services across the enterprise, including developing, testing, debugging, and documenting platform operations, and applications integrations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Develop and implement authentication and identity operating standards.
• Develop tools and scripts to increase automation and streamline operations.
• Manage the PingFederate and PingDirectory platforms providing LDAP, SAML and Oauth services to the enterprise.
• Evolve the Single-Sign On and LDAP services to improve resiliency and ensure continuity of business operations.
• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve service quality.
• Complete SAML, OAuth and OIDC application onboarding through requirements analysis, design, implementation, and operational stages.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Build relationships across the Technology Directory and Collaboration Services team, along with the larger Infrastructure community, to understand how the portfolio integrates with Hilton systems.
