The Opportunity

As GCS RIS Support and Training Chapter Lead NAM and LATAM you are accountable for support and training delivery of a global team based in Indianapolis and Panama. Together with your peers you lead support and training for the complete RIS product portfolio 

Key Responsibilities

• You will lead the global support and training team of up to 15 people based in Indianapolis and Panama focusing on the RIS product portfolio

• You will design and implement a global support and training strategy for RIS in collaboration with GCS RIS peers, regions, affiliates, and other RIS functions.

• You will represent the highest level of specialized expertise in support and training by leveraging a consolidated view of the Chapter's capabilities.

• You will define short and long-term capability needs for the chapter to align with the function's and network's strategy, ultimately advancing expertise and supporting business objectives.

• You will establish best practices, thought leadership, and continuous improvement in all aspects of support and training.

• You will maintain and develop assets and partnerships related to support and training, including processes, tools, and external partners.

Who you are

Required Qualifications & Experience

• You hold an advanced degree in IT or a related field. 

• You have 5+ years of leadership experience, including people leadership

• You have 3+ years of experience in the diagnostics or software industry

• You demonstrate deep knowledge and thought leadership in all relevant aspects of support and training.

• You are fluent in English (oral and written)

• You have experience in leading strategic projects beyond the scope of their responsibilities.

• You possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, customer-focused approach, effective teamwork and collaboration skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts, and excellent intercultural competencies.

Preferred Experience

• You have experience or background in support and training of software products is a plus.

• You have Spanish proficiency and it will be beneficial for engaging with Spanish-speaking team members and stakeholders 

Location and Travel Requirements

You will be based in Indianapolis, IN.  As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.

The expected salary range for this position is based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN $118,900 - 220,700.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
