GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add an individual to join our dynamic property management team as an Accounts Payable in Fresno, CA!

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

• Accounts Payable - prepares and processes invoices, check requests, manual

checks, and weekly check disbursements; enters invoices into SAGE

(accounting program) for assigned apartment complexes.

• Ensures invoices are turned in with the proper approvals and notes.

• Assigns general ledger account codes to invoices.

• Maintains accurate records and complete documentation for all transactions.

• Provides guidance regarding invoices to resident managers and other

personnel.

• Assumes responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving

(or properly referring) invoice problems and discrepancies.

• Maintains regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey

information and/or to correct transactions.

• Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.

• Responsible to keep up with office related software for job development and

productivity due to new technology.

• Ensures communication is clear, precise, and professional through emails and

notes.

Requirements

Job Requirements for Accounts Payable:

• Accounts payable: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
• Able to problem solve and find solutions
• Superb attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Able to work M-F schedule 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
