Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Investment Solutions team within Wealth & Investment Management Technology (WIMT). In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years experience in Spring Boot (Java ecosystem) or ASP.NET Core (.Net)
2+ years experience in React or Angular,
2+ years of MongoDB or other No SQL database
1 year experience with AI Assisted Development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Devin, Codex, etc)
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to lead moderately complex technical initiatives and influence technical decisions.
Strong collaboration skills with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in geographically distributed and cross-functional Agile teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying scalable solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and engineering practices.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to reliability, stability, security, and operational excellence.

Pay range:
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
For above posted locations - 100,000.00 - 163,000.00 USD Annual
