SUMMARY

The Systems Team aims to accelerate Wiz’s growth by partnering with our go-to-market teams to deliver customer value. As we continue to grow at an incredible speed, we work to ensure each sales team member is setup for success at every phase. We take both a bird’s eye view and dive into the weeds to solve problems as a team to drive employee success and revenue.  

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technical solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand, articulate, and document the business requirements to ensure our Salesforce ecosystem supports our goals efficiently and effectively.   

In this role, you will be instrumental in maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment, ensuring that our Business Systems team delivers solutions that are not only technically sound but also closely aligned with our business strategy and objectives. Your expertise in analyzing business processes, coupled with your ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders, will drive the success of our Salesforce initiatives. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Gather requirements from leaders and stakeholders across the organization and use these insights to define clear, actionable requirements for our Salesforce platform. 
  • Develop detailed documentation of business requirements, including user stories, process flows, and data models. 
  • Serve as a manager for Salesforce-related tickets within Jira. You will prioritize, track, and update tickets as they progress through the development lifecycle, ensuring transparency and efficiency in handling requests and issues. 
  • Act as the key liaison between business users and the technical team, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will provide regular updates, gather feedback, and adjust requirements as necessary to align with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications. 
  • Assist in developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users, promoting the adoption of new features and processes within Salesforce. As well as providing additional support for end-user's post-implementation. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Stay informed about Salesforce updates and industry best practices to recommend enhancements that drive efficiency and innovation. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role 
  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping within a Salesforce environment. 
  • Experience managing projects from conception through to delivery, including prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating resources. 
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira is essential for tracking tasks, bugs, and user stories. 
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities, capabilities, and limitations. Familiarity with Salesforce configuration options, data model, and how various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) can be leveraged to meet business needs. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging and managing expectations across a diverse range of stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
