About the RoleWe're building something special here within the Deal Enablement team at Attentive - supporting an ever evolving sales organization, this Order Operations Analyst (Expansions) role represents an unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, strategically focused team, contributing to the business through building strategies and processes, while leveraging tools to help our sales team scale.

What You'll Accomplish

• Reviewing contracts for accuracy/compliance and booking orders
• Create CRM opportunities and quotes for expansion Account Executives and Account Directors
• Assist reps with order forms, pricing, approvals, and execution (accelerating sales cycles)
• Act as a trusted partner and collaborate with sales, finance, and legal leadership
• Continuously improve existing quoting and booking processes
• Work with Revenue Enablement to lead operational trainings for the field organization
• Coordinate, design, and deliver training materials and content for internal team members and stakeholders
• Identify and implement operational IT enhancements
• Maintain a library of best practices and internal process documentation

Your Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree
• Open to recent graduates with Business or Finance degrees
• 1+ years of experience working in Quote-To-Cash Operations, or Sales Operations at high-velocity startups and/or mid-to-large scale global companies ideally
• Experience with reviewing contracts for compliance
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Executive presence with the ability to drive improvements without minimal oversight
• Intermediate level MS Excel / Google sheet skills and analytics background
• Intermediate skill set and aptitude with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint) & GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and juggle multiple priorities
• Motivated individual with career aspirations in the fields of technology and finance

For US based applicants:- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $70,000 annually + equity + benefits- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
