We are currently hiring for a Customer Service/Assistant Dispatch 

This position is eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1,500

 What you’ll do:

• Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers while having a can-do attitude, and willingness to always help.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction as well as being responsive and timely.
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
• Create shipping tickets and assist customers with orders.
• Coordinate and arrange freight logically, route trucks and dispatch drivers.
• Create all the necessary paperwork for freight locally and internationally.
• Process internal transfers and schedule receiving.
• Communication with customers, drivers, and sales team to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Assist wherever needed (a team player attitude).
• Strong detail-oriented and communication/listening skills.
• Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist with completion of special projects.

     Requirements

• Ability to work overtime (M-F during season 10-hour days and off-season 8-hour days) When performing dispatch duties, ability to cover daily shift until job is completed.
• Ability to perform basic math equations.
• Exhibit professional and courteous etiquette in all situations.
