About the role
A combined minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years' engineering and/or architecture experience and 3 years leadership experience
5 - 8 years of proven experience working in complex systems in an enterprise context
Proven exposure to modern engineering practices e.g. test automation, CI/CD, etc.
2+ years of experience in people management and delivery coordination.
Strong technical background in Java and Spring Boot, preferably in complex systems.
Good organizational and analytical skills
