The Client Business Manager is responsible for coordinating all operational aspects between Arcadia, client and assigned heath plan. They will build relationships with client administrators, network providers and management teams. They will hold a highly client-facing position that oversees and coordinates all operational aspects of services delegated to Arcadia. Assisting in establishing business objectives and creating tangible plans that will contribute to success of both shared and full risk client responsibility arrangements with health plans.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEIn 3 Months- Understand our clients needs and be able to provide input when needed- Understand our internal claims and authorization applications and be comfortable pulling reports- Investigate claims issues with minimal assistance
In 6 Months- Develop a deep understanding of our clients to deliver high quality creative solutions that have an instant, positive impact- Be comfortable taking on a new client and project managing their operational needs- Leading inter-departmental projects, including any site consolidations and/or onboarding new sites/LOBs
In 12 Months- Become an Arcadia Services CBM expert and be a mentor for new client business managers

What You'll Be Doing
- Reporting and client deliverables
- Medical management operations (only operational, not clinical aspects)
- Operational reporting needs of clients
- Regulatory and contract compliance for functions delegated to Arcadia
- Report to multiple directors for different projects, especially during on-boarding of new clients
- Identify best practice and implement projects and processes
- Communicate at all levels above and below Client President/Director level
- Analyze data and information, including written analysis
- Write reports, manage expectations, and manage metrics
- Understand complicated problems
- Supply concise and relevant solutions to problems
- Supervise associate staff if available
- Establish and maintain excellent rapport with clients
- Work in teams as a project management leader or a participant
- Eligibility and Capitation processes and reconciliations
- Provider relations activities and network management activities
What You'll Bring
- Experience managing mid-size to large scale projects
- Comfort with high level decision making
- Experience developing and writing executive level presentations
- Analytical thinking and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt to an evolving work environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint
- Ability to ensure completion of projects and assignments
- Able to problem solve, exercise initiative and make decisions
- Driver's license and reliable transportation required — 25% travel
- Excellent communication skills with outgoing client personality
- Project management for results, operational and strategic
- Policy and procedure development
Would Love for You to Have
- Experience in the health solutions industry, with specific experience in insurance claims with an understanding of managed care preferred
- Associate Degree, or equivalent in education and experience in healthcare field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
