Responsibilities Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for a Security Analyst Intern to join our Security team. This is a 10-week program for students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Security. The position will be in our Overland Park, KS office.

Responsibilities Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for a Security Analyst Intern to join our Security team. This is a 10-week program for students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Security. The position will be in our Overland Park, KS office.
- Responsible for supporting the Information Security team gaining hands-on knowledge and exposure to a variety of areas, including providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries, software installation and upgrades, troubleshooting networks, systems and applications, and key information security processes.
- Work alongside internal teams to overcome technical obstacles, answering questions and proposing solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and documenting issues.
- Demonstrated organizational and teamwork skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to participate in collaborative projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to translate a business scenario into a technical solution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field
- Graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
- Internship runs 6/2/25 through 8/8/25
