Share the whole-group teaching responsibilities with the lead teacher.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Assist in the development and use a variety of assessment data to refine curricula and instructional practice.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Plan and facilitate differentiated learning activities through small group and one-on-one instruction in order to rapidly improve scholar data and mastery of content .</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain strong relationships with scholars, families, and colleagues through effective and frequent communication.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Supervise and assist scholars using the bathroom, including changing diapers for scholars still in diapers and assisting scholars in changing their clothes after bathroom accidents.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Continuously improve your professional pr
