VCG is structured into the following key teams:</span></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Asset Class (Product) Teams</span></li><li><span>Design &amp; Execution (D&amp;E)</span></li><li><span>Methodology:</span><ul><li><span>Product Methodologies (including both Fair Value and Prudent Valuation) and Legal Entity Controls </span></li><li><span>Valuations Policy</span></li><li><span>Audit &amp; Regulatory</span></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Core responsibilities of VCG:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>IPV (Independent Price Verification)</span></li><li><span>Fair Value Adjustments (Bid-Offer, Model, Trade Specific)</span></li><li><span>FVH (fair value Hierarchy) Levelling </span></li><li><span>Prudent Valuation</span></li><li><span>Valuation Uncertainty</span></li><li><span>New Trade/Product Approvals and New Model Approvals</span></li><li><span>Overhedges governance</span></li><li><span>External, Internal and Regulatory Audits</span></li><li><span>MI (Management Information) reporting </span></li><li><span>A wide range of projects</span></li><li><span>Industry wide engagement</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Role Overview:</b> This role sits within the Product Methodology (covering both Fair Value and Prudent Valuation) and Legal Entity Controls team. It offers broad exposure to all asset classes and provides an excellent platform for career development.
