24/7 emergency/specialty hospital, custom-designed 27,000 sq ft building
Specialty services include Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Surgery, Neurology, Medical & Radiation Oncology, and Emergency/Critical Care.
15 exam rooms, 6 surgical suites, ER surgical room, 64-slice Toshiba CT with automatic injector, 1.5 Tesla MRI, linear accelerator
Endoscopic, laparoscopic and thorascopic instrumentation, multiple ultrasounds including a color flow Doppler, O2 cages, two digital radiology suites and a C-arm
Complete in-house lab, Abaxis CBC, PT/PTT, chemistry machines, Heska EPOC, I-stat and colloid osmometer
Strong rotating internship program with daily rounds, teaching environment
Hiking, mountain biking, water sports, skiing, wine tasting, and camping
Access to a network of specialists within VCA
Schedule
Overnight Emergency shifts with Full or Part Time availability

Compensation
Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $180-$250k.
This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
Licensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain
A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
