Content Creation Assistant

Content Creation Assistant is responsible designing and posting content, capturing creative ideas, and showing the world how logistics connects everything — from ports and warehouses to stores and homes. This is a fun, hands-on way to learn digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy while building skills that matter in the modern workplace.

Content Creation Assistant responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Create short videos, photos, and captions for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Help plan and schedule social media campaigns and trends
• Capture content that highlights people, teamwork, community, success stories, and celebrates the people who make logistics run smoothly
• Work with the marketing team to review what’s performing well and what audiences love

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Creative and curious — you love making or sharing content online
• Has a good eye for style, and creativity
• Responsible and dependable — follows through on deadlines
• Collaborative — enjoys being part of a team that makes ideas happen
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
