This contracted role will own the management of a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), oversee on-site guard services, and serve as the primary point of contact between Allied Universal and the client's Physical Safety & Security team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, 24/7 operational environment, can prioritize multiple initiatives, and ensures operational excellence in guard force performance, GSOC monitoring, and security program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the 24/7 GSOC, including monitoring, dispatch, reporting, and escalations to the client and Allied Universal leadership.

• Oversee guard force operations, including scheduling, payroll/timekeeping accuracy, shift coverage, post staffing, uniform/appearance standards, and overall performance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's Physical Safety & Security team, providing regular updates, performance reporting, and operational recommendations.

• Develop, maintain, and enforce post orders, GSOC standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guard service standards in alignment with client requirements.

• Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and Allied Universal corporate standards; track and report on key performance metrics.

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and retain GSOC operators and security officers assigned to the account, in partnership with Allied Universal branch leadership.

• Operate and maintain GSOC technology platforms, including mass notification, threat monitoring, access control, and visitor management systems used by GSOC personnel.

• Oversee day-to-day use of HELIAUS® for guard tours, post checks, and patrol reporting, ensuring officer accountability and timely reporting to the client.

• Support incident response and documentation, ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough incident reports are delivered to the client.

• Conduct regular site walks, post inspections, and audits to verify guard performance, post order adherence, and overall security posture.

• Manage account financials, including billing accuracy, overtime control, and budget adherence in coordination with Allied Universal branch leadership.

• Partner with the client on continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred).

• 4+ years of management-specific experience in contract security or physical security operations.

• Prior GSOC experience required; direct experience managing or supervising a GSOC strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience managing guard force operations, including scheduling, performance management, and labor/overtime control.

• Experience with mass communication / threat monitoring systems, Brivo and/or Eagle Eye access control and video systems, and visitor management systems is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface confidently with client stakeholders at all levels.

• Must meet all Allied Universal employment requirements, including applicable state guard licensing.
