We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are urgently hiring dedicated individuals to support a woman in need of 24/7 care in her home. This position is ideal for those who have experience with hospice or palliative care and are passionate about providing dignity-focused, patient-centered support.

Location: Watertown, WI

Pay: $16.32/hour

Available Shifts:

(Can be combined for a full time position)

Overnight Shifts:

• Wed–7:30PM to 7:30AM

• Fri-9:30PM-9:30AM

Daytime Shifts:

•Tues: 8:00AM-2:30PM

• Wed: 1:30PM–7:30PM

• Thurs: 7:30AM–2:30PM, 2:30PM–10:00PM

• Fri/Sat: 7:30AM–2:30PM

• Sat: 9:30AM–9:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

• Support toileting, repositioning, catheter/ostomy care, and medical equipment use

• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and perform light household tasks (laundry, sweeping, etc.)

• Accompany client to appointments or outings when needed via transportation in a handicap van

• Wound care as directed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (elderly care preferred)

• CNA certification preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

• Strong communication skills and a kind, dependable nature

• Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks
