What you’ll do:

• Strategize: Develop and execute sourcing strategies that serve internal stakeholders during transformation.
• Deliver Impact: Lead strategic initiatives and projects, from identification to roll-out.
• Influence: Drive action by presenting ideas and projects to leadership.
• Execute: Address root causes of problems and develop scalable solutions.
• Collaborate: Work across teams to solve problems and implement strategic improvements.
• Communicate: Prepare and deliver executive presentations and documents.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related area. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, general management, business operations, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and proficiency with PowerBI or Tableau. SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Experience leading large-scale strategic projects and analyzing problems methodically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and drive change at senior executive levels.
