About the role
Position Summary:
In the position of Product Supply Director, you will be responsible for managing product supply information to the Sales business units as assigned, in addition to bottlers. Coordinate, integrate regional commercial sales information including current sales trends, upcoming promotional activity, and sales focus to the team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide guidance to Sales team and bottlers in assigned territory. Coordinate supply activities with production and distribution schedules.
- Investigate and solve supply chain issues escalated, find solutions or provide appropriate feedback. Implement corrective actions based on data analysis and performance metrics.
- Work closely with Customer Operations to understand potential product constraints, order issues, regional copacker constraints, find solutions as needed to product availability issues to help minimize impact to distributors.
- Communicate and interact with internal departments. Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor on time in full performance and address areas where goals are not met to maintain best in-class fill rates.
- Provide feedback loop to production planning for upcoming promotional activity and impact of activity. Optimize inventory levels to balance cost-efficiency with service quality.
- Regional demand planning, strategic planning, execution planning, local network optimization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Stay informed about market trends and emerging supply chain technologies. Local execution of the strategic operating model (orbits).
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional team.
- Leading Bottler cadence calls to streamline Supply Chain communications
Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in managing suppliers, customer services, supply chain management
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, SAP, PowerBI,
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Proactive approach to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Ability to present data and reports to senior management effectively
Base Salary Range: $100,500 - $134,000
