Product Owner - Modern Workplace

As a Microsoft 365 Product Owner for the Modern Workplace, you will play a key role in shaping Axpo’s digital future. Join our international team in Madrid and bring your vision to life by driving collaboration and innovation through cutting-edge workplace tools.

What you will do:

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog for Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Configuration Manager
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and actionable user stories
• Lead release planning activities, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Act as the main contact for feedback and product enhancements
• Identify and manage risks related to endpoint security
• Track product success through relevant KPIs

What you bring & who you are:

• 8+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services, including Intune and Defender
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, and endpoint management tools
• Experienced in Agile delivery methods and user-focused development
• Excellent communicator with the ability to bridge tech and business perspectives
• Creative mindset and hands-on approach
• Fluent in English (our business language)
