Food Hall Attendant

Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Food Hall and play a crucial role in providing a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Take orders from guests in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. 

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, creating a positive experience. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire environment.  

• Adhere to all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to verify age. 

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. 

• Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate these to the appropriate team member. 

• Follow safe food-handling procedures and provide a safe environment for guests. 

• High School Diploma or GED or a blend of education and relevant experience. 

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines. 

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

• Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card and a State Issued Alcoholic Beverage License. 

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, perform physically demanding tasks, and lift objects up to 50 pounds. 

• Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to secondhand smoke and crowd noise. 

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
