Senior Product Manager

NetSuite Products and Services Product Managers are part of a world-wide team pursuing innovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions that provide real value to our customer base. We balance challenging product demands to make investment decisions between new features, product improvements, and sustainability initiatives. We are highly motivated professionals responsible for handling the product lifecycle of cloud business applications and infrastructure crafted for small to medium-sized businesses. 

As the Product Manager, you will work closely with product management leadership, business partners, customers, and the development team to drive the design and development of our Projects and Services Automation solution. This role is for someone who wants to be responsible for capturing and prioritizing feature requirements and working with a development team to deliver high-quality  products in an Agile environment. We'd like you to be a self-starter who loves to engage with customers to identify problems and collaborate with team members to find the best solutions. If you want to work on a team of outstanding people where user-centric discovery and design is at the core of what we do, our team would be an excellent fit. 

 

Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration OR in Engineering with an understanding of Business or equivalent work experience. 
• 3+ of Product Management
• Design Thinking experience
• Experience working in an Agile development environment 

 

Required Experience:  

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager 
• Desired Experience: Business software exposure, with ERP exposure and specifically services automation exposure a plus
• Previous experience interacting with customers, requirements gathering and analysis 
• Application of design thinking towards identifying the business problems to solve, options to solve at a persona level, and roadmap to improve user experience for critical personas over time
• Unfazed by ambiguity and demonstrate a resilience in adopting change
• Good communication and presentation abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts.
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with groups of subject matter experts (SME’s) to build positive relationships
• Jira and Figma experience a plus
