EquipmentShare is Hiring a Sr. Product Manager
EquipmentShare is searching for a Sr. Product Manager to support our Omnichannel Experience team as the department continues to grow. This new team member may be based anywhere in the United States and offers a remote/hybrid work option, but must be able to meet with management in person at least quarterly.
This technical product leader will lead our Web Experience team, inclusive of product managers, web developers and designers, to bring reach, scale and performance to our online experience by building an industry leading rental and SAS experience for customers to achieve our company goals. In this role, you will drive the technical design and roadmap, coordinate complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through product and business requirements documents. You will have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence across organizations. You work backwards from the customer needs, dives deep into data to understand the issues, and drives product development to deliver those needs by working with cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities for a Product Marketing Manager:
- You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience to deliver functionality that helps acquire and retain customers and talent across our EquipmentShare and T3 businesses
- This role will work closely with User Research, UX & Design, Creative, Data Science, Technology, and additional business stakeholders to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Actively participate in the development of the product strategy and vision, prioritize complex deliverables, drive requirement discussions, and identify key technology and solution gaps
- Develop detailed requirements and user story definitions for features
- Manage product lifecycle from beginning to end (definition, design, development, implementation, testing, launch)
- Establish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Define and own initiatives to identify and evaluate opportunities and priorities for web program performance, user experience, and overall revenue potential of the EquipmentShare online experience
- Manage test and learn processes and proof of concept testing, validation, and competitive analysis
- Research and collaborate with the UX team to understand customer pain points and translate them into business, product, and user experience requirements
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among domains and product teams
- Promote inclusive and innovative culture and principles within cross functional teams, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence
- Manage a team of product managers, web developers, and web designers

Skills & Qualifications for a Sr. Product Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of and perspective on new concepts and products, inclusive of both high-level strategy and tactical go-to-market details
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- You work backwards from the customer needs, dives deep into data to understand the issues, and drives product development to deliver those needs by working with cross-functional teams
- Strong collaboration, detail orientation, project management, and market research
