Phorest Booking & Marketing Specialist

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, flexible during client business hours | Northern Territory, Australia (ACST)

• Manage and upgrade our Phorest booking system features
  

• Improve online booking flow and optimize the "Book Now" feature on the website
  

• Set up automated SMS/email marketing campaigns
  

• Utilize Phorest’s Facebook ad and review tools to boost visibility
  

• Track and enhance client engagement, retention, and loyalty
  

• Create promotions, gift cards, and client rewards using Phorest tools
  

• Collaborate with marketing and web teams to align campaigns across platforms
  

• Support AI feature rollouts and prepare for future Phorest AI integrations
  

Requirements

• In-depth experience with Phorest (or similar booking/CRM software)
  

• Understanding of automated email/SMS marketing
  

• Ability to analyze client data and adjust strategies
  

• Comfortable using Facebook Ads Manager
  

• Bonus: knowledge of AI, automation tools, and customer loyalty strategies
  

• Strong communication and client-centered mindset
