Job Details:

This position is responsible for maintaining product flow and relieving team members on line for breaks and filling in during labor shortages while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

This position will issue and return packaging materials to production; maintain a running inventory of packaging materials; enter goods receipts, packing requisitions and other packaging data work; will work with all departments controlling packaging waste and tracking; will be responsible for ensuring inventory policies and procedures are strictly followed; will be responsible for inventory weekly/monthly counts and will be responsible for maintaining an orderly filing system for packaging issues and returns as well as maintaining an orderly film room and adequate inventory for production. All other duties as assigned by management.

This position involves the use of Excel, SAP, Word, Access; lifting 50lb boxes and bags; a lot of lifting, walking, pushing, pulling, sitting and standing. Must have good writing and math skills (job will require a lot of reading, calculating and math work).  Computer and organizational skills are a plus.
