Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation.
Expert proficiency in Teradata SQL is required.
Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load, advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, and expert proficiency in Team Lead Experience and Unix Shell Scripting are suggested.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and resolve complex challenges.
Analyze project metrics and feedback to optimize resource allocation and performance.
Champion best practices and foster a culture of innovation within the delivery team.
Support stakeholder engagement by communicating progress, risks, and opportunities clearly and proactively.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of work experience
Expert proficiency in Teradata SQL
Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load
Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter
Expert proficiency in Team Lead Experience
Unix Shell Scripting
High School Diploma or GED
