Sr. Operations Excellence Lead

The Opportunity

Our Operational Excellence team is lean and growing. As a Senior Operations Excellence Lead you will analyze and improve processes and procedures and implementing changes. You will stay close to process owners and ensure improvements are sustained. You will continuously improve customer service and satisfaction; employee engagement; and cost savings. You will also support larger automation and systems engineering projects and help define new process paths and future fulfillment opportunities. You will lead high-visibility and high-value projects and you will be challenged to deliver results. You will partner with other experts, and you will teach and enable others to grow to new levels of achievement. You will work hybrid, you will travel up to 50% of the time. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Process Engineer and Operational Excellence.

Your Impact

• Focus on opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction across the QVC and HSN Network.
• Partner with Leadership and Support organizations to influence and implement consistent, sustainable improvements.
• Partner with Leadership and Engineering to set the short-term and long term strategic vision for fulfillment centers and process path excellence.
• Strategic planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement events.
• Teaching, leading and coaching cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
• Analyze alternatives, refine goals, plan a course of action to achieve the objectives, integrate people and other resources to manage tasks, regularly measure and monitor progress to identify variances from plan or expected outcomes so that corrective actions can take place.
• Ensure that SOP's are developed, published and broadly shared.

What You Bring

• 8+ years retail fulfillment experience, with operational process orientation, and understanding of warehouse management.
• 8+ years experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, or similar Engineering experience in a fulfillment or eCommerce operations environment.
• Bachelor's degree with Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• Work Measurement training preferred (MTM, MOST)
• Lean or Six Sigma training.
• Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
