Assigned job to maintain grounds and maintain appearance of all buildings on property. Completes daily and monthly checks of certain items throughout the plant. Use of company vehicle to run to locations to pick up parts for plant maintenance.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintains all property grounds including parking lot
• Maintains appearance of all buildings on property
• Paint and repair items as needed
• Monitors fire extinguishers for compliance throughout the plant
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Assist in assorted light plumbing functions
• Assist maintenance as needed
• Run to parts locations when needed
• Other duties as assigned

 

 Qualifications:

• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to follow safety rules
• Prompt and dependable
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
