Most of it happens on non-card rails, representing tremendous growth opportunity for Mastercard’s Commercial Products and Solutions. The Europe Product &amp; Solutions Team is responsible for product management, technical consultancy for customer platform onboarding and collaborating with various internal teams to execute on solution opportunities in the region. To do this the team takes an end-to-end approach by formulating product strategy, developing relevant solutions, articulating product capabilities and implementation needs to Issuers and supporting the full pre-implementation process. <br/><br/>Reporting into the Director of Products &amp; Solutions, the Manager Fleet/Mobility will work closely with Global product teams as well as local markets<br/><br/>Role:<br/>• Collaborate closely with Global Commercial Solutions Fleet lead and other internal stakeholders (as needed) to create the Fleet/Mobility strategy for Europe – identify payment scenarios and needs, recommend solution approaches<br/>• Be the subject matter expert (SME) for Fuel / Fleet / Mobility payment solutions in Europe at Mastercard<br/>• Research and deeply understand the European market, including but not limited to legislative / policy pressures, key data elements, VAT requirements, main players, competition and electric vehicle (EV) evolution and growth<br/>• Develop high level solutions views involving existing Mastercard product offerings and/or 3rd parties / partners, as required, that will address new and existing use cases while driving sales and growth<br/>• Present and promote solutions to external partners and stakeholders, as needed<br/>• Create go-to-market plan and materials supporting propositions, enabling new and existing issuers, fuel companies and fintech players to win in the ever changing Fleet / Mobility space<br/><br/>All about you:<br/>• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and a strong team player <br/>• Strong understanding of and experience in the fleet / fuel / mobility industries, as well as an interest in commercial payments <br/>��� Ideally experience of relationship management, product management or consultative sales within the financial services or payments industry<br/>• Extremely organised and able to independently manage multiple projects and initiatives with varying scope concurrently<br/>• Excellent relationship building skills; able to foster and maintain strong, positive working internal and external relationships across multiple business functions and markets<br/>• Highly customer focused with a demonstrated ability to understand and respond to customer needs<br/>• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to clearly tailor the message to the audience and communicate complex products and processes<h3></h3><p></p><h3></h3><p></p><p><b>Corporate Security Responsibility</b></p><p><br/>All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:</p><ul><li><p>Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;</p></li><li><p>Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;</p></li><li><p>Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and</p></li><li><p>Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.</p></li></ul><p></p><br/><p></p><br/><p></p><br/><p></p>
