Senior Talent Manager
Summary
Responsible for all union and non-union session and re-use/buyout talent payments and estimates for all TV, Radio, and Digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate Broadcast, Radio, Internet, and Digital Talent Residuals/buyouts for union and non-union campaigns
- Create and approve costs of residuals/buyouts related estimates and invoices
- Work with production planners to prepare quarterly or job-by-job estimates for talent reuse/buyouts
- Process talent payments within Extreme Reach Platform
- Work with traffic team to obtain flight scheduling to pay talent fees for all current spots
- Re-negotiate expiring talent rights
- Track all active spots and alert teams to expirations
- Keep abreast of all SAG/AFTRA talent contracts rules and regulations
- Create and maintain talent trackers for all brands
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar capacity at an advertising agency or talent payroll company
- Ability to educate client and internal teams on all aspects of talent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Expertise in a payroll system, Extreme Reach preferred
- Strong talent negotiations skills and experience working with agents

Compensation Range: $73,500.00 - $123,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
