Warehouse Associate (Food Broker)

Summary: Affinity Group is hiring a Warehouse/Culinary Support Associate to join our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will have some background in foodservice, with the desire to transition into a fulltime sales role. This position requires you to perform various warehouse duties, such as sorting, loading, inputting, unloading and receiving materials. Other responsibilities include:

• Maintain and Coordinate Warehouse and Kitchen Space
• Receive All Deliveries from UPS/Fed Ex/Amazon/ and Common Carrier.
• Safely operate Electric Pallet Jack Lift, and Manual Floor Jack
• Tag and Catalog Frozen, Dry and Refrigerated Food Samples
• Maintain and Organize samples
• Notify Sales Rep via email upon sample arrival and coordinate handling to support sales team.
• Dispose of all shipping materials and cooler boxes daily
• Clean and sweep warehouse and dispose of garbage as needed.
• Clean, organize and store display equipment, catering supplies, and kitchen equipment.
• Gather and stage samples for Sales Rep Pick up.
• Daily wipe down, cleaning of kitchen area and training room facilities and tables.       

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-1pm.
