Job Description:

What You'll Do

Monitor and manage Cybersecurity Risk by providing enterprise-wide oversight and governance for Cybersecurity risk management activities within the Company. Assists with the execution of various risk frameworks across the organization by monitoring and reporting on risk activities and framework compliance for identifying, assessing, and reporting on risk related activities. Builds productive working relationships with the cybersecurity technology, risk and operational groups within the company providing tools, capabilities, and frameworks to evolve the maturity of those group.


How You'll Do It

  • Provide quality assurance and effective challenge regarding risk reporting including KRIs, incident reporting, committee/sub-committee, and executive reporting.
  • Identifies key risks and mitigating factors related to technology risk such as Change Management, Architecture, SDLC, service continuity, cloud services, asset inventory, incident and problem management.
  • Contribute to the identification, innovation, design, implementation and maturity of an enterprise technology risk management and governance program.
  • Provides technology risk oversight and effective challenge (create, coordinate, evaluate & assess): policies, standards, risks and controls, processes and procedures.
  • Drive effective collaboration across all 3 lines of defense on Technology Risk management related activities.
  • Second line oversight of key Cybersecurity countermeasures such as Vulnerability Management, Cloud & Network Architecture, Identity and Access Management, Network Management, Software Development, and Security Operations


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or related
  • 4+ years Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related
  • In Lieu of education, 8+ years Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 6+ years of Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related
  • CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISM, ITIL or similar Preferred. 
  • Cyber Security
  • 1st and 2nd line of defensive Risk

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
