Principal Accountabilities

• Lift/handle raw/cooked meats weighing up to 30 lbs. (stripping and stripping logs, boxing product, etc.)
• Properly weighing, labeling, bagging, packaging, and boxing finished product 
• Ensure food safety and quality
• Housekeeping and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Basic mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work outside of normal shift, including weekends and off-shift hours as needed

Preferred Qualifcations

• Previous food manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Production experience
• Work history within the last 12 months
